Bodies by Becca ("we", "us", "our") operates the Bodies by Becca mobile application and website. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

We collect information you provide directly when you:
- Create an account (name, email address, password)
- Subscribe to All Access (payments handled securely by Apple or Google — we do not store your card details)
- Post in the community section
- Contact us for support
We also automatically collect limited usage data, such as which videos you have watched and your programme progress, solely to provide the app's features.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To provide access to purchased programmes and content
- To save your progress within programmes
- To send you workout reminders (only if you enable push notifications)
- To respond to support enquiries
- To improve the app and user experience
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Payments
All subscription payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) via RevenueCat. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or full payment details. Please refer to Apple's or Google's privacy policies for details on how they handle payment data.
5. Data Storage
Your account data and progress are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Video content is delivered via Bunny.net, a secure content delivery network.
6. Push Notifications
If you enable push notifications, we may send you workout reminders and updates. You can disable notifications at any time from the Profile screen in the app or from your device Settings.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@bodiesbybecca.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Data portability

9. Children's Privacy
The Bodies by Becca app is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
