1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Bodies by Becca app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. About the Service
Bodies by Becca provides online fitness programmes, workout videos, and a community platform through its mobile application. Content is created by and belongs to Bodies by Becca.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access paid content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
4. Purchases & Payments
- Payments — whether one-time programme purchases or All Access subscriptions — are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your card details.
- Once a programme is purchased and access is granted, it is yours for the lifetime of the app.
- All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.
- We do not offer refunds once digital content has been accessed, except where required by law.
5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer
The content in Bodies by Becca is for informational and fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice. Before beginning any exercise programme, consult your doctor or healthcare provider, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, are pregnant, or have recently given birth.
You exercise at your own risk. Bodies by Becca is not liable for any injury sustained during or as a result of using the app's content.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in the app — including videos, images, programme plans, and text — is owned by Bodies by Becca and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
7. Community Guidelines
The community section is a positive and supportive space. You agree not to post content that is offensive, abusive, spam, or unrelated to health and fitness. We reserve the right to remove posts and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodies by Becca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
