Common questions

Everything you need to know before you get started.

You have two options. Buy individual programmes as a one-time payment and keep them forever. Or subscribe to All Access — monthly or annual — and unlock everything in the app for as long as you're subscribed. Both options are available inside the app.
Most workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment. Some sessions use dumbbells or resistance bands, but modifications are always provided so you can train with what you have.
Yes — it's designed specifically for postpartum recovery with a focus on core rebuilding and pelvic floor health. As always, we recommend consulting your GP or midwife before beginning any exercise programme after birth.
You can purchase as many programmes as you like and have access to all of them simultaneously. We'd recommend focusing on one at a time for the best results, but the choice is yours.
